Drove over 200 miles to view the car that was advertised at nova cars. Made contact with Jamie over the phone and asked if it was possible to do same day drive a way. Jamie got the car mot’d serviced and cleaned ready for my arrival. Car was exactly how it was on the advertisement and car was purchased and drove home that day. First class service from start to finish, would highly recommend this garage. Will defo purchase of them again in the future.

After searching for a particular vehicle we found exactly the model we were after on Autotrader. Only problem was we lived 350 miles away from Nova Cars, so it was vital that we could trust the vendors. After speaking with Jamie and learning more about the vehicle, and also the family business, it was clear to us that Nova Cars offered genuinely good, honest service, as well as an excellent stock of vehicles. After being collected from the train station (thank you!) and given a lengthy test drive, we were delighted to purchase our Ranger. Recently bought a car from Nova Cars, and I had the pleasure of dealing with Jamie. Rest assured that once you have parted with your money these guys are not the type of dealership that won’t answer the phone or ignore you! I had a few questions after my purchase and Jamie was professional, friendly and efficient with his responses, I’d even go as far as saying making the ‘after sales’ enjoyable. I would have no hesitation in buying another car from Nova Cars knowing how they treat their customers, gives total peace of mind. Exactly what you want when committing to such a large purchase.

Tim personally helped get me out of finance on my previous car that was just costing too much a month. He got me into the car I wanted and for the price that is now amazing. He's helped me out so much and was really understanding and caring and most importantly sold me a great motor!!

Purchased a BMW X1 from these recently, thought I'd wait a couple of months to monitor how the car performs before leaving a review ........ and it's not often I leave reviews but feel I must in this case.

From start to finish of the sale of the vehicle and aftercare was a very friendly, welcoming, with no pressure experience with Jamie and Tim.

I'm very happy with the car and found Jamie very helpful in the aftercare which a compromise was made that I was also happy with. All in all a great experience and would definitely go back to Nova in the future when seeking another new car.

Nova Cars are an excellent company, selling a very high standard of cars. We bought a Fiat 500S, for my daughter. The experience, dealing with Tim, (owner) was outstanding. I bought the car without seeing it, only by pictures on the forecourt, of which there were many. I spoke on the phone, several times, to be reassured by Tim the car was as outstanding as it looked. Thank you to Tim for making the experience effortless. My 21 year old daughter had a wonderful time, picking the car up from the showroom (socially distanced of course). We would recommend Nova Cars to anyone who is looking for a new car, for excellence in customer care & all round "feel good" factor!
